Ricaurte Precision Inc. (RPI) is a precision machining contract manufacturer on a mission to deliver operational excellence and unmatched quality in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. We’re seeking a hands-on, practical and strategic HR Manager who can partner with leadership to build and support a strong, people-focused foundation for our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Leadership Team to align our people strategy with operational goals. You’ll bring a practical, hands-on HR approach that supports day-to-day business needs while strengthening our long-term culture, workforce development, and employee engagement efforts.

Key Areas of Impact
- HR with an Operational Lens –Collaborate with company leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals, supporting a positive workplace culture and employee success across all departments.
- Build Culture & Drive Engagement –Collaborate closely with management to define, communicate, and reinforce our core values and company culture throughout all levels of the organization.
- Recruiting & Onboarding-Lead recruitment efforts—from posting to interviews to offers—ensuring we bring in top talent aligned with our values and business goals. Develop and manage a streamlined onboarding process that sets new hires for success.
- Compliance, Risk & Worker’s Compensation– Ensure labor law compliance, safety standards, and HR policies are up to date and consistently applied. Help drive improvements in workers’ comp and safety, including claims management.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of HR leadership, with direct experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- A practical, hands-on HR mindset with the confidence to make decisions that balance people and performance.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—able to work seamlessly with both frontline and leadership teams.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
