Ricaurte Precision Inc. (RPI) is a precision machining contract manufacturer on a mission to deliver operational excellence and unmatched quality in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. We’re seeking a hands-on, practical and strategic HR Manager who can partner with leadership to build and support a strong, people-focused foundation for our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Leadership Team to align our people strategy with operational goals. You’ll bring a practical, hands-on HR approach that supports day-to-day business needs while strengthening our long-term culture, workforce development, and employee engagement efforts.

You’re an experienced HR professional who understands the unique challenges of manufacturing operations. With a deep appreciation for the pressures of production deadlines, safety regulations, and compliance, you know how to navigate operational demands while championing people. You’re a thoughtful problem-solver, a collaborative partner, and a catalyst for building a resilient, high-performing workforce. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to rethink and rebuild core HR processes, lead strategic people initiatives, and directly influence RPI’s growth trajectory and workplace culture.

Key Areas of Impact

  1. HR with an Operational Lens –Collaborate with company leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals, supporting a positive workplace culture and employee success across all departments.
  2. Build Culture & Drive Engagement –Collaborate closely with management to define, communicate, and reinforce our core values and company culture throughout all levels of the organization.
  3. Recruiting & Onboarding-Lead recruitment efforts—from posting to interviews to offers—ensuring we bring in top talent aligned with our values and business goals. Develop and manage a streamlined onboarding process that sets new hires for success.
  4. Compliance, Risk & Worker’s Compensation– Ensure labor law compliance, safety standards, and HR policies are up to date and consistently applied. Help drive improvements in workers’ comp and safety, including claims management.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of HR leadership, with direct experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • A practical, hands-on HR mindset with the confidence to make decisions that balance people and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—able to work seamlessly with both frontline and leadership teams.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
